Gymtimidation is real — whether you're just starting your fitness journey or simply new to our space, we’re here to help make getting started as easy as possible.
While we specialize in barbell sports, our gym welcomes all types of lifters, from beginners to seasoned pros. You’ll find everything you need, including dumbbells, barbells, plates, benches, bands, rigs, racks, and more.
Plus, our friendly staff and supportive members are always ready to answer your questions, whether it’s “What does this machine even do?” or “How can I add 20 kilos to my deadlift?” No judgment — just support.
Looking for More Structure?

Join our group coaching option! Coach Laura programs 3 workouts per week with progressions built right in!
The perfect option for the person who knows the basics and needs help with knowing what to do when they show up at the gym.
This membership add-on provides access to three programmed workouts each week, along with supervised training times on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 pm to 8pm
