Laura’s personal training style is to get to know you as a person, understand your life circumstances, your physical history, your likes and dislikes and how your body naturally moves. She creates personalized plans that are attainable and sustainable. Laura believes that all bodies are good bodies and all movement is good movement. She’s here to support you in finding a balance that works for you.
