Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations within 12 hours will incur a fee equal to 50% of the session cost. Late Arrival: Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of start time. Late arrivals may result in shorter sessions. No-Show Policy: If a client does not show up for a session without prior notice, they will be charged the full session fee. Booking and Payment: Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. Session Expiration: Unused sessions will expire 6 months after purchase. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited. Health and Safety: Clients must inform the trainer of any health conditions or injuries prior to sessions. The trainer reserves the right to cancel or modify sessions for safety reasons.
