Discover the power of strength training with an introduction to weightlifting! This 5-session course covers essential barbell lifts, including the squat, deadlift, bench press, and overhead press. You’ll gain a strong foundation in proper lifting techniques to build strength, prevent injury, and maximize your performance. Whether you’re new to lifting or looking to sharpen your skills, this course will empower you to confidently navigate the gym and take your strength training to the next level. What's included: - Weekly 1 hour sessions with a small group to learn the main barbell lifts as well as training principles to help you build your own workouts. - Access to the gym for the duration of the course - 1 month of programming delivered via our ECB app to help you get started after the course is done
