Join our group coaching option! Coach Laura programs 3 workouts per week with progressions built right in! The perfect option for the person who knows the basics and needs help with knowing what to do when they show up at the gym.


This membership add-on provides access to three programmed workouts each week, along with supervised training times on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 pm to 8pm.
